Employment Relationships with OASIS
Depending upon the professional contractor’s needs, OASIS can offer to:

Hire the individual as a W2 employee of OASIS

Work with the individual as a 1099 (Independent Contractor)

Work with individuals or companies in a corporation to corporation relationship.
Regardless of the type of relationship you choose,
OASIS pays its consultants every two weeks!!
W2 – If an individual meets the requirements and would like they can enter into an employment relationship with OASIS Corporation as our employee. We will:
- Pay you, as the contractor, the agreed upon hourly rate for hour worked and approved by clients.
- Pay you, the contractor (W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp), every two weeks regardless of the invoicing cycle to the customers.
This is an area that makes OASIS much better and different than many staffing agencies
who won’t pay their contractors until they receive payment from clients.
We NEVER MAKE ANY OF OUR CONTRACTORS WAIT FOR THE MONEY THEY’VE EARNED!!!
Taxes – We will take care of paying the employer portion of federal and state taxes and will issue you, as the employee, a W2 statement at the end of the year.
Direct Deposits – For your convenience, we offer the option of direct deposit or printed check. Direct deposits can also be made into multiple accounts.
1099 or Corporation to Corporation– If you meet the requirements and would to enter into a relationship with OASIS Corporation as an independent contractor (1099) or if you are incorporated or already working for another company, OASIS can enter into a Corporation to Corporation relationship. These options allow contractors/companies much more flexibility in deducting business related expenses.

or the professional contractors we place.
We strive to maintain the highest ethical standards and believe that full-disclosure is crucial in maintaining such standards. In this way, our clients rest secure in the knowledge that they are receiving maximum value on their contract labor investment, while our contractors can see first-hand that they are being compensated in a fair and equitable manner.
